When you sign up using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from your Google account. We use this to create and manage your PropoKit account.

Proposal Data

You create, edit, and store business proposals through our Service. This includes customer information, product and service details, pricing, terms and conditions, scope of work, and any other content you enter into your proposals.

E-Signatures

When a customer signs a shared proposal, we collect their printed name, signature image, and the date and time of signing.

Usage Data

We may collect information about how you access and use the Service, including your browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages.

Your data is stored using Google Firebase services, including Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Storage, hosted in the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Isolated user data -- you can only access your own proposals and information

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information in the following circumstances:

Shared Proposals: When you share a proposal via a link, the proposal content becomes accessible to anyone with that link. Only the data you choose to share is exposed.
QuickBooks Integration: If you connect your QuickBooks account, proposal data may be synced to create invoices in QuickBooks. This is initiated by you and governed by Intuit's privacy policy.
Service Providers: We use Google Firebase for hosting, authentication, and data storage. Google's privacy practices apply to infrastructure services.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication sessions and application preferences (such as your theme setting). We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.

Correct inaccurate data through the application

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

PropoKit is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
